1. How's the Shipping and Delivery Process?
Please note that www.Amliv.com is a one-woman operation, which means that creation, manufacturing, and shipping of the products is all handled personally by me.
After placing an order within my store, you will receive an email update with a tracking number for USPS within 5-7 business days for inventory already in stock.
For pre-order items, tracking link confirmations may vary.
Once you receive a tracking number, it will take up to 48 hours for the mail carrier to ship it out, the point at which the order is considered to be "In Transit" and it is entirely up to the mail carrier to deliver it.
2. I have not received my order. What do I do?
If you are concerned about an order in transit, or the package appears as "delivered" but you have not received it, file a case with USPS through this link. Once the order is dispatched to the mail carrier there is nothing I can do.
If you have not received a tracking link or updates on your order, please contact me via the "Chat with Us" on the bottom right of the website to get an update on your order's status. I will usually reply within 2-3 business days.
3. What shipping service do you use?
All domestic and International orders are shipped via USPS and come with tracking number.
4. Why don’t you use media mail anymore?
I have been denied packages several times and have had to pay for priority mail instead.
5. Do you ship to my country?
Yes! I ship internationally except Brazil. Please email me for alternate payment options for Brazil or anywhere the drop down may not show.*
6. How quickly do you ship after I’ve ordered?
Orders on Etsy ship within 24 hours - https://www.etsy.com/shop/amlivsotomayor/ .
Orders on my store www.witchesandpins.com are shipped every Monday & within 5 business days if the product is already on hand.
Prints can take between 1-14 business from the time orders are placed.
Pre-orders and timed releases may vary depending on production and availability.
7. How long does a pre-order pin take to make?
Pin pre-orders can take 1 to 3 months depending on manufacturer capacity
8. When will I receive my order?
The time of arrival depends on location and shipping method.Domestic:
First Class (1-3 Business days)
Priority Mail (1-2 Days) Includes Insurance*
First Class (7-21 Days)
Priority Mail (6-10 Days) Includes Insurance*
Priority Mail Express (3-5 Days) Includes Insurance*
9. My Package is marked as "delivered" but I can't find it. What do I do?
If your package is marked as delivered unfortunately there's nothing I can do. I always recommend asking your neighbors, roommates/family or doorman just in case they're holding the package for you. Sometimes packages are marked as delivered by your postal carrier but they ultimately are not able to deliver it that day. In this case, the package is usually delivered within the next day or so, please , be patient. Or open a claim with USPS via their Domestic Claims portal.
10. My package is lost. What do I do?
Please contact me via the "Chat with Us" button and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Please, keep in mind we're still under a pandemic and due to Covid-19, packages may arrive later than usual , so 3-5 days for regular USPs mail. And Usually longer than usual for International. Please check with your country’s customs to check/track for your package. Thank you so much for you patience, understanding, and support!
I can't find a product in your store anymore.
If an item disappears from the store, it means it has sold out and it's not coming back.
However, some pins may be available as B-Grades. You can always email me if you want a particular pin in B- Grade.
WHERE DOES YOUR SUPPORT GO?
Every time you support a pin collaboration, the money is divided between both artists. It also goes towards paying for manufacturing, shipping and materials.
All orders are final, so please read descriptions before purchasing. Feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll try to help if I can. In the case of an exchange, you're responsible for extra shipping fees.
